WE'RE HIRING IN OHIO, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, MICHIGAN

And other Midwest regions later this year. Don't see your state? Email us and make a pitch.

Patch is looking for journalists with a wide-ranging skill set and strong local knowledge to serve as reporter/editors in Ohio, Minnesota, Michigan, Missouri and other Midwest states. We offer a chance to make a difference in the lives of people in Patch towns by telling great stories and connecting people to compelling, relevant and useful information and each other.

Our reporter/editors engage communities in their regions through original reporting, social media interaction and thoughtful, ethical aggregation/curation practices. If the old-fashioned newspaper model is cemented in your psyche, this isn't the job for you. And a job at Patch really isn't just a job, it's a unique opportunity to help build a new, definitive, national platform for everything local.

Send a resume and links to clips/portfolio to Dennis Robaugh, Midwest Editor: dennis@patch.com; applications without writing/reporting samples will not be considered.
